Cypress Grove Lamb Chopper Cheese
Cypress Grove makes outstanding goat cheeses in Arcata California. When they decided to branch out into sheep's milk cheeses, they decided to design a creamy, semi-soft cheese that would live up to the standards of their European-styled Humboldt Fog. Lamb Chopper is made from them in Holland and is a marvellous Gouda style cheese equally at home on a cheese platter as it is in an elevated Mac'n cheese.
